More bookings with a clear vision
The goal
The Buchau family hotel on Lake Achensee has a clear vision: it wants to be one of the leading establishments in upmarket family hospitality, with the aim of offering guests the highest level of service and atmosphere. The hotel already scored highly with its excellent value for money. The task now was to make this quality visible to the outside world and to specifically target families who also travel outside the typical holiday periods.
The task
The challenge was to increase occupancy during off-peak and non-holiday periods, a particularly sensitive phase for family hotels. Together with our partner Diana Consulting, which provides consulting services to the hotel, we at Brandnamic developed the basis for a strong market presence.
The assignment included redesigning the website, creating landing pages for different segments (summer, winter, family wellness, family activities and toddlers) and a job landing page. At the same time, we implemented marketing measures on Google and Meta as well as off-page SEO.
To ensure that the strategy has a lasting effect, we supported the conversion of the PMS system and introduced the Brandnamic Hospitality Apps, primarily the Marketing Cockpit, followed by the Newsletter App, Voucher App and Korrespondenzmanager. This created a central database that not only enables marketing automation, but also lays the foundation for successful remarketing. With continuous campaign work and adjustments to the market situation, the hotel is well on its way to achieving its goals for this year.
