The Schlosshotel, with its combination of aristocratic charm and modern alpine lifestyle, needed a new voice. After years as part of a renowned hotel group, the opportunity arose to define the hotel as an independent brand – with its own profile, precise tone and a consistent thread running through its communication.
Independent repositioning for a high-end house
After separating from a renowned hotel group, the Schlosshotel Kitzbühel wanted to position itself independently in the market. The goal was to create a new, coherent brand with a clear identity, its own communication style and a distinctive positioning that would appeal to new guest groups and function independently of the hotel group's previous marketing power.
The aim was to develop the new brand universe and make it tangible for all touchpoints:
- Development of the new brand, including naming, positioning and visual appearance
- Development of a comprehensive communication concept for all channels
- Implementation of all print materials in the new corporate design
- Conception and realisation of the website, including eight seasonal and thematic landing pages (spring, summer, autumn, winter, day spa, Rozu Sushi Restaurant, DAS Kaps, family)
- Integration of Brandnamic Hospitality Apps: setting up the Korrespondenzmanager, creating the newsletter and producing regular newsletters
- Implementation of targeted online campaigns to sharpen the brand and increase its reach.
A unique brand was created that reflects the atmosphere of the hotel: confident, emotionally accessible and charmingly direct at the same time. The new identity creates clarity in perception, strengthens the hotel's independence and ensures a consistent image – from the first digital contact to the farewell at the gate. Following the rebranding, online communication has achieved significantly higher reach and a clearly recognisable profile in a highly competitive market. A win-win situation for Brandnamic too: this project won us the German Agency Award in the B2B/Flyer category.
