Cooperation groups

Cooperations are an expression of community, collaboration, and trust – values that we are happy to share. For several years now, we have been working with the consulting agency Kohl & Partner to manage two established Cooperation groups in South Tyrol: Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol and Familienhotels Südtirol. The management group consists of the two managing directors Michael Oberhofer (Brandnamic) and Alois Kronbichler (Kohl & Partner) as well as other employees. 

This group of experts is responsible for member support, preparing annual reports, planning, and organising regular general meetings, organising and conducting monthly board and administrative board meetings, and numerous other activities that are essential for the continued existence of a Cooperation group. In addition, we regularly plan free events and functions for member companies and keep them up to date with innovations in the hospitality industry.

Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol was founded in 2001 by a group of forward-thinking hoteliers. It stands for high quality standards in the areas of wellbeing, spa, fitness, and vital cuisine, and conveys quality of life and joie de vivre to its guests. All member establishments are family-run and in the 4-star superior or 5-star segment. The hotel cooperation has now established itself as a successful model in Italy's hospitality industry and has member establishments throughout South Tyrol. 

Familienhotels Südtirol includes members throughout South Tyrol. Only hotels that focus on children and families as guests are accepted into the group. This includes all families, in all constellations and different generations. All members meet the criteria of the German Child Protection Association and are inspected by TÜV Nord Deutschland. They fulfil certain basic criteria and can be assigned to several thematic groups, known as Family Experiences: All about Baby, Just Kids and Family, Luxury Retreat, Ski-in Ski-out, Winter Action, Small & Cosy, Children’s Farm, Happy Teenager, Outdoor Adventure, and Water Fun. These are subject to additional specific criteria that must be met.
