Das Mühlwald in Naz-Sciaves stands for genuine family time and a culture of hospitality that has grown out of conviction. Together with Brandnamic, the hotel wanted to communicate its new orientation as a family resort precisely, strengthen direct sales and exploit its economic potential through a structured marketing and sales setup. At the same time, the ‘Quality Time Family Resort’ positioning was to be sharpened for all channels and made clearly tangible for guests.
At the beginning of the collaboration, there was a lack of consistent structures, a uniform communication concept and a professional sales setup. The challenge was to
- clearly position a formerly group-oriented hotel for direct bookers,
- strategically bundle marketing and communication measures, and
- sustainably strengthen sales through clear roles and processes.
In order to successfully reach and inspire the new target group of families, Brandnamic worked on several levels, from strategic realignment to a holistic marketing concept. Continuous marketing support was also very important, ensuring consistent visibility without increasing the budget. Integration into the South Tyrolean family hotels (Südtiroler Familienhotels) was also an important step.
However, a decisive lever in the project was the professionalisation of sales with the hiring of a sales employee focusing on telephone consulting, offer management, cross-selling and upselling, the introduction of structured reporting via a weekly 30-minute performance call with Brandnamic, and joint management based on clear data. This allows sales talks, response rates and potential to be systematically exploited.
Thanks to the combination of clear positioning, consistent marketing and a professional sales setup, Mühlwald is now one of the fastest-growing companies in the region:
