Between lake and forest, where Celtic heritage meets modern design: The Seezeitlodge is no ordinary hotel. However, this was not reflected in its online presence. The website was convoluted, the systems not interconnected, the potential untapped. The hosts Kathrin and Christian Sersch knew: They needed a partner who could change that – across the board.

As a member of the Design Hotels, the resort blends Celtic heritage with contemporary design. To make this a digital reality, too, Kathrin and Christian Sersch sought a partner who could think holistically about website, software landscape, and marketing. The goal: a modern, clear-cut online presence, professional processes, and a strategic marketing plan – all from a single source with a central contact person.
The starting point: an outdated, cluttered website. Different systems that did not communicate with each other. No consistent marketing plan … The challenge was multifaceted:
- The atmosphere of the resort – tranquillity, nature, Celtic mysticism – had to be brought to life digitally.
- The complex technical requirements of a 5,000m² spa operation had to be represented.
