Mountain biking, road cycling, triathlon, gravel biking – or simply: settling in, taking a deep breath, letting go. AktivHotel SantaLucia in Torbole on Lake Garda is many things at once. A sports camp for the passionate. A retreat for those seeking relaxation. A home for anyone who wants to enjoy the very best of mountains and lake. However, digitally speaking, the energy wasn’t quite right yet.

Over the years, AktivHotel SantaLucia has established itself as one of the leading active hotels on Lake Garda. Silvio Rigatti and his team know what guests need: genuine expertise in all things cycling and triathlon, a heated 25-metre sports pool, regular training camps, and the AktivChalet mountain hut on Mt Altissimo as a new highlight. What was missing was the digital foundation to match this claim: a website that conveys the energy of the hotel – and systems that finally communicate with each other.

Full service – literally. Korrespondenzmanager, Newsletter, Voucher App, Marketing Cockpit and Cloud: Brandnamic has revamped the entire digital infrastructure of AktivHotel. Carlito, the smart communication assistant, was configured specifically for the hotel. And to top it all off: a new website that doesn’t explain, but invites. It shows what to expect here – before you’ve even packed your bags.

The biggest challenge wasn’t the technology. It was capturing the essence of a hotel that really has to be experienced. This was only possible through genuine interaction – working closely with the team, the guests, and everything that makes the hotel so special.

Today, everything runs smoothly. The systems interact seamlessly, communication is spot on, and the website speaks the same language as the team behind it: direct, warm, and enthusiastic.

And for those who still have plans after training: the AktivChalet mountain hut on Mt Altissimo – whether you hike or cycle there – is waiting for you.
